About the Internship

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a penultimate-year law student to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within an international business environment. Interns will work closely with our legal team, engaging in the drafting and review of various contracts and agreements.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled as a penultimate-year law student with a strong academic record.
Proficient in drafting and understanding various types of contracts and agreements.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Interest in learning about international legal systems and contract formats.

Responsibilities

Draft and review domestic and international contracts and agreements.
Source contract templates for various jurisdictions as needed.
Work closely with Arnifi’s legal team to support ongoing projects.
