Designation: Principal Associate – Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing)

Eligibility

Experience: Candidate should have post-qualification experience of 6-10 years in Transfer Pricing
Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships through teamwork. Strong networking skills. Ability to work with the Firm’s Leadership.

Responsibilities

Drafting of appeals and stay applications for filing before the Tribunal
Drafting of objections for filing before the DRP
Drafting submissions/reply to show cause notices
Attending hearing before the TPO
Drafting/Preparation of appeals for filing before the High Court
Preparing TP studies, review of search of comparable from databases, and undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with the transfer pricing regulation Review and preparation of monthly newsletter on transfer pricing updates
Prepare presentations on transfer pricing issues and team training for internal office meets
