What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Vacancy: Appointment for IPR Chair Professor, Researcher Assistant and Secretarial Staff
• Job Type: Full Time

Qualification for the IPR CHAIR PROFESSOR :

The candidates meeting at least one of the following criteria are eligible to apply:

1. An academic / scholar of outstanding track record in the designated areas of studies.
2. Retired Officials of IP Offices under CGPDTM having experience of 5 years of working at Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- or above (as Controller of Patent & Design or
   Registrar of Trademark & Geographical Indications or Registrar of Copyrights.)
3. An outstanding professional with established reputation in the field of IPR who has made significant contribution to knowledge in the field (to be substantiated by credentials).

• Age Limit: Up to 70 Years
• Emoluments: Consolidated Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
• Period of appointment and duration of the Chair: 05 Years (can be extended for another two years subject to a maximum period of 07 years, not exceeding 70 years of age).

Qualifications for the RESEARCH ASSISTANT:

• Preferable Age Limit : 35 Years

Qualifications for the SECRETARIAL STAFF:

Note: Duration of engagement will be commensurate with the duration of the project and work requirement, subject to satisfactory performance.
