About the Job

Tata Technologies is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in either Pune or Bengaluru. This is a full time role in hybrid.

Eligibility

• Review, negotiate, closure, drafting of customer contracts, license agreements, third party agreements etc.
• Managing and maintain repository of contracts on CLM.
• ⁠As a global role, provide support and advise to various stakeholders.
• Support Manager on the various initiatives driven by the legal function.
• ⁠Other legal tasks as assigned.
• LLB from a reputed law school.
• Mipnimum 5 years experience in handling contracts and commercial transactions preferably in IT/Engg Service company.
• ⁠Knowledge of CLM preferred.
• Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in international working environment.
• Good proficiency and fluency in English.
• Zeal in taking up projects and initiatives.
