About the Job

Tata Technologies is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in either Pune or Bengaluru. This is a full time role in hybrid.

Eligibility

Review, negotiate, closure, drafting of customer contracts, license agreements, third party agreements etc.
Managing and maintain repository of contracts on CLM.
⁠As a global role, provide support and advise to various stakeholders.
Support Manager on the various initiatives driven by the legal function.
⁠Other legal tasks as assigned.
LLB from a reputed law school.
Mipnimum 5 years experience in handling contracts and commercial transactions preferably in IT/Engg Service company.
⁠Knowledge of CLM preferred.
Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in international working environment.
Good proficiency and fluency in English.
Zeal in taking up projects and initiatives.
