Balaji Telefilms Limited is inviting application for the position of Legal Executive (Litigation) at Andheri West, Mumbai.

Work Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee complete litigation activities for all divisions of the organization.
2. Proactively advice and manage all Litigation Matters.
3. Coordinate with Lawyers and counsels for effective handling/ resolution of Litigation Matters, including matters pertaining to union and all non-union matters.
4. Drafting relevant litigation related documents, including legal notices, replies etc.
5. Monitor and review drafting of property contracts.
6. Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers/counsels, regulatory authorities for litigation related matters.
7. Prepare and update litigation MIS and tracker, prepare case status summaries and updates as per requirements of the organization for all litigation matters, notices, claims etc.
8. Participate in arbitration and court cases for the organization.
9. Participate in legal policy process.
10. Conduct Due-Diligence for new properties.
11. Participate in negotiation of litigation matters for the organization.
12. Finalize pleadings, written statements and documents for litigation matters.
13. Deal with Intellectual Property issues and supervise the registration and protection of Trade Marks, Domain Names, Copyrights etc. of the organization.
14. Create awareness in the organization to lower the number of litigation matters.
