Position Overview

Firm is seeking Two Advocates for the position of Associate. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, ideal for lawyers looking to build their career in litigation and gain substantial exposure across various practice areas.

Experience Level

0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Remuneration

• Freshers: INR 25,000 per month for freshers
• Additional Benefits: Annual one-month bonus, reimbursement of all office-related expenses.
• Experienced Individuals may be offered higher remuneration based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Documentation:

• Prepare legal documents for District Courts, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and specialized tribunals (e.g., NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC).
• Draft legal opinions, agreements, and case pleadings

2. Court Appearances:

• Regularly appear before Courts and Tribunals, representing clients in ongoing cases.
• Engage in daily proceedings, handling a variety of matters across litigation platforms.

3. Client Interaction and Coordination:

• Participate in client meetings and interface with clients to understand case requirements.
• Coordinate with client teams, provide timely updates, and ensure alignment on case strategies.
