What Is IPEM Law Academy?

IPEM Law Academy began its academic journey in the year 2002 and currently offers five years LLB, B.A.LL.B & B.COM.LLB. IPEM Law Academy is bracketed among the top-notched colleges of the country.

IPEM Law Academy is feels happy to announce that after Four National Moot Court Competition, Fifth Dr. B.S. Goel Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2024 is being organised on 31 st of August and 1st of September 2024. It aims to promote research skills, and analytical and critical thinking for a riveting clash of legal minds and to witness the art of persuasion in action.

The moot problem so prepared for, is with regard to concepts enshrined under Information Technology with special emphasis on the role of intermediary, and constitutional rights. The competition will indeed be an ideal forum to bring together some of the most creative and intellectual young minds from leading Law Schools around the globe to participate and witness their mastery on advocacy and research skills to be adjudged by expert teams. This competition carries prize money as well as Certificates.

What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Eligibility: All the Undergraduate Law students recognised by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in this competition.
• Fee: The registration fee is Rs. 2500 per team. The team includes two speakers and one researcher.
• Important Dates:
• Last date of registration: 20th of June, 2024 ((11:59 P. M. IST))
• Clarification of Moot Problem: 1st of July 2024
• Last Date of Moot Memorial Submission: 15th of July 2024
• Date of Competition: 31st August & 01st September, 2024
• Prizes:
• The Winner and the Runner-up shall be awarded cash prize.
• The Winning Team shall be awarded a cash prize of 20,000/-INR along with Certificates.
• The Runner-ups Team shall be awarded a cash prize of 15,000/-INR along along with Certificates.
• The Best Speaker shall be awarded a cash prize of 2500/-INR along with along with Certificates.
• The Best Written Submission (Memorial) shall be awarded a cash prize of 5,000/-INR along with Certificates.
