About CARTAL
CARTAL is an organization that aims to promote and contribute to fruitful discussions on the various contemporary issues that exist in the area of arbitration. CARTAL bi-annually publishes the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law, a reputed journal in international arbitration law, consistently ranked as the best journal in arbitration law in India.
In addition to publishing IJAL, CARTAL conducts lectures and discussions on international arbitration throughout the year. CARTAL also hosts a two-day annual CARTAL Conference on International Arbitration in Jodhpur.
About the Event
The theme of this year’s Conference is “Arbitration Horizons: Evolution, Challenges, and Strategies in a Dynamic World” and will be held from March 30-31, 2024 at National Law University, Jodhpur. The details of the conference are provided below:
