2nd Bennett International Moot Court Competition 2025

The 2025 II Bennett International Moot Court Competition (BIMCC) will focus on “Competition Law,” a crucial field for preserving market competition and protecting consumer interests in a globalized economy. This year’s event invites students worldwide to explore Competition Law with an emphasis on the Indian legal system, enhancing their advocacy skills and knowledge of recent case laws. BIMCC 2025 aims to deepen participants’ understanding of competition issues and promote cross-cultural insights, encouraging innovative legal approaches in a rapidly globalizing market.

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories-

• Winning Team – Rs. 75,000/-
• Runner Up- Rs. 50,000/-
• Best Researcher Male- Rs. 5000/-
• Best Researcher Female- Rs. 5000/-
• Best Speaker Male- Rs. 5000/-
• Best Speaker Female- Rs. 5000/-
• Best Memorial Prosecution- Rs. 5000/-
• Best Memorial Defence- Rs. 5000/-

• Last Date of Seeking Clarifications – 15 December 2024
